CENTEXBEL actively supports the textile and textile-related industry in R&D projects and in creating innovative (niche) products. Therefore, we put a semi-industrial coating line at the company's disposal.
The coating line is composed of
- unwinding unit
- pad mangle (25 l bath) - can be used for dipcoating and all kinds of finishing treatments by impregnation
- Corona (modular unit)
- coating unit (blade-over-roll or blade-in-air)
- counter-rotating roll (impregnation coating)
- powder scatter unit (80 to 500 µm)
- Powder suction
- IR field (2x0.5m)
- two laminating units (second one also functions as a winding unit for transfer coating)
- Hot-air oven with stenter and teflon conveyor band (2 zones of 3 metre)
