In the context of preserving resources and the planet, it is becoming urgent to structure a textile circular economy sector - one that generates new activities and jobs.
RETEX has contributed to improve the recycling routes for textile industry waste and end-of-life (post-consumer) textile products. The ambition was to integrate these recycled materials as much as possible into the manufacturing loop of new eco-designed textile products, or even to use them in different applications - for example in the field of plastics processing.
