Doelgroep

Personen die totaal geen of heel weinig kennis hebben van extrusie. Ontwerpers van extrusie onderdelen, operatoren.

Voorkennis

Technische voorkennis + basiskennis kunststoffen 

Inhoud

  • Werking van de extruder
  • Transport van grondstoffen
  • Smelten, mengen wanneer en waarom
  • Parameters (welke instellingen, invloeden, …)
  • Opsporen extrusieproblemen
  • Problemen met uitstoot
  • Uitzichtproblemen
  • Te hoge motorbelasting
  • Wat te doen bij kromtrekken profiel
  • De navolglijn
  • Gewone navolglijn of met terugkoppeling
  • Regeling en instellingen van kaliber, trekbank
     

Kostprijs

Volledige dag (9u-16u00) - broodjeslunch wordt voorzien

  • Leden VKC-Centexbel: 400 euro per dag
  • Niet-leden: 500 euro per dag

Korting van 15% voor 2de deelnemer van hetzelfde bedrijf.

Werknemers van PC116 en PC 207 kunnen de opleiding gratis volgen door zich in te schrijven via PlastIQ
