ST4Rlab is set up to ensure you'll meet the EU Requirements for Sustainable Packaging and Textiles

By 2025, at least 50% of packaging must be recycled. From 2030, all packaging placed on the EU market must be recyclable, and plastic packaging must contain 10–35% recycled content, depending on its type. Additionally, textile materials must be free of harmful substances, and recyclers must clearly define when a product becomes waste and when it is reclassified as a raw material.

To meet these stringent requirements, textile, plastics, and recycling companies must ensure that their products:

  • Do not contain banned or harmful substances at end-of-life,
  • Maintain essential product properties throughout their lifecycle,
  • And avoid unpleasant odours that could compromise reuse or recycling.
