About the workshop
Thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs) play an important role in many applications, but their recycling remains a challenge. Within the European Interreg project Elast2Sustain, researchers and industry partners are working together to develop innovative solutions that improve the recycling and valorization of TPE materials.
During this workshop, participants will gain practical insights into the latest developments in mechanical recycling and circular processing of TPEs.
From research to application
This workshop focuses on the key steps involved in the mechanical recycling of TPE materials, including size reduction, compounding, and processing of recycled materials. Participants will learn more about the technical challenges encountered during recycling and explore opportunities to enhance material performance and circularity.
