Aim
The TEX2CE project, 'From Linear to Circular Textiles,' encourages textile companies to reuse end-of-life products and seeks new, recyclable or reusable products. Its ultimate goal is to reduce textile waste and incineration.
This COOCK initiative aims to introduce the textile industry to various aspects of the circular economy and demonstrate feasible recycling routes to promote the transition from a linear to a circular model.
Knowledge-driven transition
This project aims to provide in-depth knowledge of cutting-edge textile waste recycling methods and offer a clear, well-defined analysis of opportunities and challenges for the Flemish textile and clothing industry.
