Lab-scale filament extrusion
Our lab-scale filament extrusion line is primarily used to evaluate the spinnability of polymers and additives during the early stages of material development. It is particularly valuable for testing new formulations and recycled content, enabling small-scale trials before transitioning to pilot-scale production.
This setup allows for the assessment of processability and the determination of optimal draw ratios. Once initial feasibility is confirmed, higher-speed and higher-throughput production can be validated using our pilot-scale extrusion lines.
