De sponsor bevestigt verantwoordelijk te zijn voor het correct doorgeven van bedrijfsgegevens en btw-nummer. Het btw-nummer geldt als unieke referentie voor het opstellen van de factuur. 
Indien Centexbel door een foutief btw-nummer een nieuwe factuur moet opmaken, wordt een administratieve kost van €25 aangerekend.
