Centexbel’s Textiles and Composites Platform is a cutting-edge innovation hub equipped with semi-industrial and industrial-scale machinery, supporting the development of advanced textile structures and industrial prototypes.

• Our wide range of textile processes includes warp and weft knitting, embroidery, weaving and braiding - compatible with both natural fibres (cotton, linen, hemp, wool) and high-performance synthetics (polyester, polypropylene, carbon fibre, basalt fibre, glass fibre, and more).
• Beyond textiles, we produce composite structures through vacuum injection moulding (Light RTM), enabling the integration of complex textile substrates into strong, lightweight composites of various forms.
• The platform also features a fully customisable electrospinning system, designed to work with all types of polymers for highly specialised applications.
