Four main ways that companies can leverage their IP assets in Belgium

In February 2025, France passed a law banning per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in various consumer products, including clothing and cosmetics. 

This initiative marks a major step toward making the circular economy a reality on the ground and sustainable products the norm across the EU. 

Study finds that - in general - companies that hold IPR perform better than those that do not register such rights.
