Des encres conductrices et extensibles
- Centexbel a démontré avec succès l'utilisation des encres aux NTC sur des textiles dans plusieurs domaines d'application. L'encre est appliquée par les procédés de sérigraphie ou d'enduction, connus par les secteurs textiles et d'impression électronique.
Le PHA comme agent matant
- Nous avons étudié les additifs fonctionnels d'origine biologique, notamment les retardateurs de flamme, les fibres de renforcement, l'hydrofugation, les colorants et les pigments, les agents de matage et bien d'autres choses encore dans les revêtements. Nous explorons la possibilité d'utiliser des matériaux biosourcés comme additifs à haute valeur ajoutée. Cet article démontre la possibilité d'utiliser le PHA comme agent matifiant.
Finition Numérique dans l’Industrie Textile
- L'impression numérique permet d'appliquer une finition antimicrobienne uniquement là où elle est nécessaire, par exemple sur le devant des vêtements et uniquement sur l'extérieur du tissu. Cette application ciblée garantit une utilisation efficace des ressources et maximise la fonctionnalité souhaitée du textile.
Comment gérer les colorants dans les encres, revêtements ou plastiques biosourcés
- Les produits biosourcés et biodégradables sont en plein essor et offrent des solutions prometteuses pour un avenir plus durable. La plupart de ces innovations visent à réduire l'impact environnemental, mais il existe un détail caché qui est souvent négligé : les additifs tels que les colorants.
Biocharges pour applications de revêtements
- Nous avons étudié les composés chimiques des revêtements biosourcés, notamment le bioPU, les acrylates biosourcés, l'acide polylactique (PLA) et l'époxy biosourcé sur divers substrats. Outre la composition chimique des revêtements, le choix des additifs et des charges joue un rôle crucial. Nous vous donnons un aperçu des différents matériaux biosourcés pouvant servir de charges dans les revêtements biosourcés.
