The scope consists of a fixed scope, including test and product standards, and of a flexible scope, where no specific reference to the standard is included.
Flexible Scope
Accredited tests included in the flexible scope have a specific code mentioned in the first column (e.g. B001). Centexbel has a detailed list of these tests where a direct link between the specific codes, the test and product standards can be found.
On page 30/31 of the 056-TEST scope, BELAC states:
The laboratory is authorized to determine, under accreditation, the measured properties/parameters belonging to the specified group of measured properties/parameters for the products/matrices belonging to the specified group of products/matrices, using methods that utilize the specified test or measurement principle or measurement technique. This authorization is granted on the condition that appropriate validation and/or verification has been performed in accordance with the overall validation and/or verification concept, as established in the laboratory's management system and the provisions of BELAC 2-002 and BELAC 2-101.
