All US manufacturers and importers of children’s products must certify in a Children’s Product Certificate that their children’s products comply with all applicable children’s product safety rules. Third-party testing means testing performed by a third-party accredited laboratory that CPSC has accepted to perform the specific tests for each children’s product safety rule.

- Lead Paint Regulation: 16 CFR Part 1303 - CPSC-CH-E1003-09 or CPSC-CH-E1003-09.1
- Lead in Non-Metal Children's Products: test method CPSC-CH-E1002-08 and/or CPSC-CH-E1002-08.1 and/or CPSC-CH-E1002-08.2 and/or CPSC-CH-E1002-08.3
- Lead in Children's Metal Products: test method CPSC-CH-E1001-08 and/or CPSC-CH-E1001-08.1 and/or CPSC-CH-E1001-08.2 and/or CPSC-CH-E1001-08.3
- Lead in Children's Metal Jewelry: test method CPSC-CH-E1001-08 and/or CPSC-CH-E1001-08.1 and/or CPSC-CH-E1001-08.2 and/or CPSC-CH-E1001-08.3

Determination of permethrin content
Centexbel is validated by the Deutsche Bundeswehr to determine the permethrin content of protective clothing according to the Dutch standard NEN 8333 “Protective clothing ‐ Body covering clothing that supports the protection against tick bites and is industrially treated with permethrin”
