Process for providing a solid polyester fraction from a textile product comprising natural fibres, and polyester fibres, the process comprising the steps of: a) providing the textile product comprising natural fibres, and polyester fibres; b) adding a liquid decolorizing agent to the textile product, thereby providing a decolorized first solid fraction and a first liquid fraction; c) separating the first solid fraction from the first liquid fraction; d) adding a solvent to the first solid fraction and heating the mixture at a temperature between (170-190) degrees Celsius, preferably within the range of (175-185) degrees Celsius, even more preferably at about 180 degrees Celsius, thereby providing a second solid fraction comprising the natural fibres, and a second liquid fraction comprising polyester; e) separating the second liquid fraction from the second solid fraction; and e) separating the polyester fraction from the second liquid fraction, thereby providing a solid polyester fraction.

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing recycled cellulose based fibers (RCF), the method comprising steps of analyzing and describing a composition of recovered raw material comprising papers and/or boards by use of at least 4 product groups, each product group defining a type of the raw material, determining product groups available for a deinking process, predicting quality achievable at the deinking process based on at least one quality parameter and the product groups available for the deinking process, thereby determining a predicted level of the at least one quality parameter, applying a predetermined share of each product group to the deinking process based on the prediction, which deinking process comprises at least steps of pulping (110) the applied materials in water-based solution in order to obtain pulped material, and removing at least some impurities from the pulped material in a flotation step (120) and/or a screening step (130), thereby obtaining the recycled cellulose based fibers (RCF). The invention further relates to a use of a simulation process for a manufacturing process of recycled cellulose based fibers.

A method for forming a structural tile for use in a composite panel includes providing a base plate of a compression mold assembly. The method also includes placing a grid structure mold of the compression mold assembly atop the base plate. The grid structure mold defines a cavity having a desired shape for a grid structure. Further, the method includes filling the cavity of the grid structure mold with a plurality of fragments of recycled fiber reinforced polymer material. Moreover, the method includes placing a cover plate of the compression mold assembly atop the grid structure mold to apply pressure to the grid structure mold. The method also includes applying heat to the cover plate to heat the plurality of fragments of recycled fiber reinforced polymer material such that the recycled fiber reinforced polymer material melts within the cavity. In addition, the method includes allowing the melted recycled fiber reinforced polymer material to cure to form the structural tile.

This grid can be incorporated into an article, in particular a casing, container or packaging, the whole being easily disintegrated and solubilized in an aqueous medium and in the hot state, in order to allow a recycling operation.
