R&D
In the M.O.T.I.O.N. project (Interreg 2 Seas), we developed a smart garment to monitor stress in children with cerebral palsy during their physical therapy.
First, we developed a textile ECG sensor for heart rate monitoring and a textile respiration rate sensor.
We then incorporated all developed sensors into a garment and wristband for children.
The clinical project partners will now test these smart garments on healthy children and on children affected by cerebral palsy.
