Waste collection

‘collection’ means the gathering of waste, including the preliminary sorting and preliminary storage of waste for the purposes of transport to a waste treatment facility;
‘separate collection’ means the collection where a waste stream is kept separately by type and nature so as to facilitate a specific treatment.

Inzameling: het verzamelen van afvalstoffen, inclusief de voorlopige sortering en de voorlopige opslag van afvalstoffen, om deze daarna te vervoeren naar een afvalverwerkingsinstallatie;
Gescheiden inzameling: de inzameling waarbij een afvalstroom gescheiden wordt naar soort en aard van het afval om een specifieke behandeling te vergemakkelijken;
