Most of it is simply landfilled or incinerated. Nowadays, a shift toward a circular economy is inevitable, also within the textile industry. More and more emphasis is put on recycling of textiles, both in industry and research.
Within this free webinar we would like to present you a broader picture of circularity in the EU textiles and apparels industry as well as an overview of current textile recycling processes. Further, we will present the latest developments on recycling coated textiles via solvation and debondable coatings.
