This test assesses whether toys are resistant to being dropped repeatedly from a table, by examining the appearance of cracks or tears or the coming loose of any parts after a cycle of 5 drops from a height of 85 cm.
Visual assessment
- In the event parts have come loose, the small parts cylinder test is performed
- In the event, any sharp points have been formed, the sharp point test is performed
- In the event, any sharp edges have been formed, the sharp edge test is performed
