The FEB recently announced a first-ever edition of the Circular Business Awards (CBA), the successor to the Belgian Business Awards for the Environment, to be organised in 2023-2024. With the Circular Business Awards, the FEB aims to reward companies that have successfully embraced a circular business model. Entrepreneurs who have applied innovation, economic feasibility and eco-design principles in their sustainable project will be honoured.

We have already seen many great examples in the textile, wood and furniture sectors, and hereby launch a warm call to our industry:

Do not hesitate to submit your candidacy to highlight your efforts in circular economy and innovation.

Applications can be submitted from 1 June to 31 October 2023. A jury will then assess the projects and choose eight nominees, from which three winners will emerge (gold, silver and bronze). There will also be a 'Special Award' for a company that can also convince the jury either thanks to its clear progress in their circular business model or thanks to a radical new model.
